- Full Performance Fitness Assessment – Strength, Flexibility, Nutrition, Body Composition
- FTP – Functional Threshold Power test to determine power : weight ratio
- Complete personalized strength & fitness program w progression
- 4 x individual 1:1 strength and conditioning sessions (includes program and homework)
- Weekly indoor group power based cycling sessions 90 min (Tuesdays 6:30pm)
- Weekly indoor group strength classes for a strong kinetic chain (Thursdays 6:30pm)
