Step 1 - Schedule Your Baseline Evaluation | 3-4 Hour Assessment - This evaluation will define your current fitness level and goals. It allows our coaches to chart your progress to achieve the best results possible. This assessment will examine:

Cardiovascular capability
Movement analysis & proprioception
Strength, flexibility, mobility testing / analysis
Body composition and power-to-weight ratio
Consultation w assessment and recommendations
