Optime’s concept began in the 1990’s.  As a competitive athlete, I found myself bouncing from specialist to specialist for strength, diagnostics, rehab, nutrition, etc.  Attending the Olympic Training Center in 2005 changed everything.  The center housed all necessary training resources under one roof. The experience inspired me. Within a year, I launched BreakAway Performance Centers in downtown San Francisco. The OTC model worked…..our clients thrived.

In 2013 I sold the brand and spent two years setting it up for success with the new parent company. By 2016 I was in dire need of a break and recalibration of an overworked mind and body. I walked away from the brand I had given my life to build. For the next few years I embarked on rehab, education and new partnerships rebuild my health. The transformation was life changing and I realized I was onto something great; a new paradigm, mental & physical performance.  Welcome Optime’ Performance Consulting. From our new headquarters in San Francisco’s Financial District, I have assembled a team of specialists similar to the integrated approach that made BreakAway successful; but added functional medicine diagnostics, neurological rehabilitation, mental focus, and leadership to our coaching formula. These added modalities ensure the body & brain work optimally, for peak performance. 

Optime’s goal-based model is unique in that it enables us to take a client from poor health to their highest echelon of performance in a short time sustainably.  Each program culminates with a challenging event that teaches grit and mental toughness, leaving a lasting sense of achievement and confidence.
