Optime’s concept began in the 1990’s.  As a competitive athlete, I found myself bouncing around for strength, diagnostics, rehab, nutrition, etc. Attending the Olympic Training Center in 2005 changed everything.  The OTC housed integrated training under one roof. The experience inspired me. Within a year, I launched BreakAway Performance Centers. The integrated model worked like a “turbo” creating power and efficiency…..our clients thrived.

In 2013 I sold the brand and spent the next two years setting it up for success with the new parent company. By 2016 I was chronically fatigued. I walked away from the brand I had given my life to build. For the next ten years I embarked on rehab, education and new partnerships rebuild my health. The transformation was life changing. I was onto something great; a new paradigm of optimal cognitive & physical performance.  Welcome Optime’ Performance. From our new headquarters in San Francisco’s Financial District, I have assembled a team of specialists similar to the integrated approach that made BreakAway successful; but added functional medicine diagnostics, neurological rehabilitation and leadership to our coaching formula. These added modalities ensure peak performance for the body and brain.
