Thus, we have curated the top cycling services to help you to be lighter, leaner, stronger; dramatically faster & able to drop the hammer again and again and forge a new body and mindset. Our multisport coaches know the importance of proper gear and equipment, yet we focus our services to optimize the “motor” to yield the greatest returns.  Power to weight ratio is the key metric to measure one’s performance.  Our fitness services combined with our cycling services allow our coaches to individualize training and preparation for optimal results. 

Bike Fit | 1-3 Hour Sessions

Optimize your comfort, efficiency, and performance through proper kinetic alignment and bike set up. A full bike fit includes:

  • Pedal stroke analysis to detect and correct neuromuscular imbalances and optimize power production

  • Cockpit fit of both lower and upper torso including saddle and stem: height and fore/aft adjustment

  • Cleat and pedal interface analysis to ensure structural alignment. Cleat will be properly positioned for optimal power production, performance, and comfort.

  • Complete fits include video motion capture and power based pedal stroke analysis.

  • Metrics assessed with each fit include, pedaling mechanics, force production, cadence and cockpit arrangement.

Threshold Diagnostic | 1.5 Hour

FTP (functional threshold power) is an indicator of your output potential and an opportunity to see where you fall on the fitness spectrum.  These tests monitor heart rate and power (force x velocity) at threshold levels as you reach your maximum exercise workload. Participants should aim to increase the amount of power they can produce and sustain at threshold levels. Understanding your FTP is critical programming and developing your overall power : weight ratio. Metrics assessed with each test include, power, HR, cadence, force production

Cycling & Multisport Coaching | 2 Hours/month

This one-on-one coaching program includes customized periodization for proper duration and intensity levels to optimize your training. You'll also receive data and feedback outlining the most fortuitous path to improving your performance.

Event Specific Training | 1 Hour

Train outdoors on local roads, trails, and venues on the weekends. EST training sessions will focus on swimming, biking, running, and hiking to help participants train for an event to be optimally prepared. This service is a perfect compliment to our indoor training sessions. EST is included with monthly coaching packages and includes support and SAG vehicles when applicable.

  • Weekend outdoor training: 1st & 3rd weekend of the month

Cycling Assessment: pedal stroke and video analysis | 2 Hours

With a complete video analysis, assessment and Consultation, we breakdown of your pedal stroke to identify problem areas and highlight proper mechanics to help you decrease time and increase your strength and speed. In addition, we will video your riding technique and coach you on proper ascending and descending techniques.

Functional Threshold Power (FTP) Analysis |  1 Hour

Functional Threshold Power is a key indicator of your performance ability. It is used to illustrate the gains of proper training and periodization programs. From a training standpoint, participants should aim to increase the maximum exercise workload output for a sustained period of time.

Sports Nutrition | 2 Hours

Understanding the role of carbohydrate, protein, and fat is the key to unlocking your performance and developing lean muscle mass. This service includes incorporating a food journal with a 90 minute consultation. You will be given the tools and coaching to build a personalized program to fine tune your diet to maximize your power-to-weight ratio. Includes food journal and meal plan.

Video Analysis and Consultation | 1 Hours

Swim, Bike, Run Video Analysis and Consultation:  A breakdown of your stroke or stride technique to identify problem areas and highlight proper mechanics to help you decrease time and increase your strength and speed. During a one hour session, we will video your technique and coach you on proper mechanics, kinetic balance, structural stability, muscular recruitment, and power production.
