The services listed below cover an array of modalities to assist with your journey to optimal fitness. After an initial jumpstart program and goals are met, programing transition to subscription. Subscriptions are discounted heavily based and renew at the start of each month. The focus is to optimize strength, nutrition, prehab / rehab & sleep hygiene, tailored to each individuals needs upping one’s physical and mental performance.

Fitness Baseline Evaluation | 2-4 Hour Assessment - This evaluation will define your current fitness level and goals. It allows our coaches to chart your progress to achieve the best results possible. This assessment will examine:

  • Health history

  • Cardiovascular capability

  • Movement analysis & proprioception

  • Core, upper/lower torso, glute strength, and flexibility/mobility

  • Body composition and power-to-weight ratio

  • Metabolic diagnostics to determine threshold levels and heart rate zones (additional)

Onboarding packages:

  • Sessions are 60 min

  • Initial onboarding packages over 10 hours qualify for a 15% discount

  • NOTE: Onboarding packages are for beginning clients. They expire in 8 weeks.

Subscriptions (monthly) are highly discounted and include 1 hour of programming, diagnostics, nutrition and mobility training

  • Basic - 1 session per week - streaming and/or in person (up to 5 hours / month) 20% discount

  • Standard - 2 sessions per week - streaming and/or in person (up to 10 hours / month) 30% discount

  • Premium - 3 sessions per week - streaming and/or in person (up to 15 hours / month)  40% discount

Package FAQ and Stipulations

Packages and subscriptions are greatly discounted from standard hourly rates. Please see all stipulations below. They are as follows:       

Subscriptions renew every month. They include: one hour of coaching, research, programming, nutrition advice, diagnostics, prehab / rehab programming.

PACKAGES

  • ALL packages must be purchased in advance to be eligible for discounts

  • Unused package sessions can ONLY be transferred to other similar services and may NOT be transferred to other clients

SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Subscription rates are for established clients and maintenance (i.e once goals have been attained)

  • Changes in subscriptions must be made prior to service period (i.e no changes mid month)

  • If client traveling is for an extended period of time, standard individual rates will apply and subscriptions will be put on hold

  • All sales are final
