Small group classes are a great way to get the work done. Taught by elite coaches certified by USA Triathlon, USA Cycling and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), we know what you need to elevate your performance to the next level.
CLASSES:
Performance Cycling
These 60 minute coached sessions address the key variables necessary to increase power output, speed and endurance. Sessions are based off each riders individual FTP (functional threshold power) which we test for regularly. Paired with great music and instruction get ready for a killer indoor HIIT workout to help you level up your outdoor riding.
Times: Tuesday / Thursday 5:30pm

Strength & Stretch (Starting in March)
These functional strength training classes focus on core, flexibility and a balanced kinetic chain. In addition we add modalities like CrossFit® and Olympic lifting to optimize type-2 muscle fiber recruitment to improve speed, performance, metabolic rate, and muscular composition change. Participants will experience 60 minutes of high intensity, constantly varied, functional exercises. Our programs are based on the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and OPT (Optimal Performance Training) model, designed to take clients through the three phases of training: stabilization, strength, and power development.
